ALAS Women's Health and Resource Fair

The ALAS Women’s Health & Resource Fair is a free community event scheduled for October 9, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the May Park Center in Augusta, Georgia (622 4th St.). Geared toward uninsured and underinsured women across the CSRA community, with children also welcome, the fair provides access to entirely free health resources, routine screenings, and care connections. Attendees can receive blood pressure, vision, and dental screenings, testing for syphilis and HIV, and direct referrals for mammograms, Pap smears, HPV vaccines, colon cancer screenings, dermatology services, and STD testing, alongside local free clinic and community support information. Coordinated by medical students from the Medical College of Georgia and supported by the Augusta University Graduate Student Government Association, the fair aims to bridge essential healthcare gaps for local families in an accessible, welcoming environment.
